These origins unite three distinct farming traditions into one harmonized light roast built for clarity and energy.
Altitude & Processing:
- Ethiopia: 1,850–2,100 MASL, natural process for juicy fruit and sweetness
- Mexico: 1,300–1,750 MASL, washed for clean structure and balance
- Brazil: 900–1,400 MASL, pulped natural for body and subtle sweetness
