Order Processing

Our trusted third-party partner (CustomCat) processes and fulfills all orders. Once you place your order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for processing before it ships out.  During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  We estimate order delivery times following shipment below:

Note: These are estimates and not guarantees.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, other than to APO/FPO accounts that are considered domestic shipping.

Split Shipments

Because we use a third-party fulfillment provider, items in your order may ship separately if they are produced or stored in different facilities.  You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking updates to appear.  We provide tracking information and delivery times as estimates only, and we cannot and do not guarantee these times.
