Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after tracking information shows that you have received your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support@swagwithhonor.com and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).  You must send all returns to

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.  We cannot accept items that you return without an RMA number or that you ship to any other address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable under Texas law and our policy: (1) perishable goods including food, flowers, or plants; (2) custom or personalized items; (3) personal care goods and beauty products once opened or used; and (4) hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  This list is not exhaustive.  For questions about specific items, please contact us before making your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

At this time, we cannot accept a direct exchange of like items, and thus, to exchange items (for example, a different size or color), you should return the item you have, and once we accept the return, you should make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if we have approved your refund or not.  If approved, we will refund you automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
