• Brazil (Cerrado) for nutty chocolate richness, heavy body, and smooth sweetness

Altitude & Processing:

• Brazil: 900–1,400 MASL, pulped natural for chocolate depth, nutty body, and syrupy sweetness
• Mexico: 1,300–1,750 MASL, washed for clean structure and vibrant citrus acidity
